Billy Montana started his career working in New York City and Los Angeles as a photographer in the Music Industry. Having Photographed many bands and being published internationally, Billy developed relationships with P.R. Firms, Music Managers and Record Company Executives. Billy's passion for music really grew rapidly and he wanted to utilize his creative side to help Musical Artists Reach the next level. However, after a family illness, Billy Moved with his Family to Tampa, FL. He continued his career as a professional photographer and business owner from 1991 til 2007. As fate would have it Billy's youngest son Zack Montana had a strong passion for music as a performer and singer. In 2007, Billy moved his two youngest Children Zack and Amber Montana out to LA to pursue their dreams in the Entertainment Field.

Shortly thereafter, Zack was out performing for a local touring group called "The Hollywood Hipsters" And within a year was selected as a member of a Boy Band called, "Boyz Crew" Boyz Crew was offered a deal with Interscope/Streamline Records. However, due to lack of agreements within the group, the deal never materialized. This is when, Billy decided that he had come full circle and wanted to take control and make things happen. He took Zack and started working with him as a solo artist, along with another Boy Band called, "East West Boys" Who were signed by Sony Japan. Zack was fortunate enough to work with Lady GaGa Choreographer Richard Jackson.

After Months of recording and Dance Rehearsals, Zack met with Nick Cannon of N'Credible Records and Disney within a few weeks of each other. After much thought Billy had agreed to have Zack Montana be part of Radio Disney's Next Big Thing Season 4. As runner up in Season 4 Zack was known for his high energy shows and unique style and personality. As The Finals approached a lot of people in the media were calling him the Next Michael Jackson/ Justin Timberlake. Zack toured The United States for Radio Disney and even performed for The 92nd ABC Dunkin Donuts Thanksgiving Day Parade. Which was broadcasted live to over 6 million homes.

Since then Zack Montana has been auditioning for many tv shows and movies as well as recording new material. There is breaking news within the next few months regarding Zack's career.

Since then Billy has brought on 16 year old phenom Damian Otchere from East Orange, NJ. Damian was a client of Billy's photography business and when Billy met Damian he was so impressed that he set up an audition for Radio Disney's Next Big Thing Season 5. Damian is being compared to Usher, Stevie Wonder and Sam Cook. His style is universal and crossed all genres of music. Currently Damian has recorded 6 songs and has been on Tour with Radio Disney.

Currently, Billy also manages the singing career of his Daughter Amber Montana and Former Walt Disney Records Devo 2.0 Lead Singer, Nicole Stoehr.

It is Billy's mission to help artists creatively become successful. His background in the visual arts, advertising and marketing and his out of the box thinking has paid off in many areas. He is a relationship builder who feels that good communication and respect will build a long term bond to help his artists build a good team. Billy also feels strongly about the community. Him and his artists have fed the homeless, visited The Shriner's Childrens Hospital and visited schools on anti bullying campaigns.

Billy has a strong faith in God and loves to see young artists dreams become a reality.
